Morning light illuminated the hermitage, trees, escarpment.

The paddock is dew-covered as it received its first rays of sunlight.

Dawn is always a wonderful time at the Abbey. Because I often attend pre-dawn vigil, I get to experience the breaking of a new day in all its glory.

The branches of the trees in the avenue have started to bear buds. Only a few weeks until we’ll see the first leaves unfurl.

I’m back! BB and I had a wonderful wedding and honeymoon. I now have a wealth of photos to sift through, and months worth of photos to show you.

But first we will return to Jamberoo Abbey. It was mid-August when I took these photos, and spring was on its way.
