Fanfic Update
Finished posting my first Spooks stories. Glad that it got such a good reaction. Posting a first story in a new universe is a nerve-wrecking thing – you never know if you’re true to the characters and their environment. Looks like I did fine here though, and as a consequence I’ve got 3 further stories planned in the Spooks universe.

A lovely Spring day on Oatley Bay. Perfect time for a walk.
Signs of Spring
These fuchsia bells can be found everywhere in the Sydney and Blue Mountains, usually in cooler, sheltered areas. Rather pretty they are, too.
The Witching Hour
This song is probably my favourite from the 7 Worlds Collide album, a beautiful, haunting song. Phil’s recording an album as we speak, with the help of his new mates from Wilco. Go Phil!
Signs of Spring – Flannel Flower
These flannel flowers are in abundance in bushland areas throughout Spring and early summer. This one was in Oatley Park, by the Georges River.
Hazel Black
I like this song by KT Tunstall, very vibrant and quite different from the rest of the songs on the album. In this performance she has Johnny Marr on guitar, Neil Finn on the keyboards, and Bic Runga on backing. Not bad at all.
